The organisation has a board of trustees which provides technical enforcement, and managerial and administrative guidance and advice to the management of the Organisation. The trustee and the executive positions are honorary.
The trustees include veterans in Law enforcement (the police), Lawyers, Administrators/Bureaucrats, Medical Doctors, Clergymen, Business Executives and Social Commentators.
